Building Available for Removal

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is offering a 1,575-square foot home and 716 square foot garage located at 34632 Old Homer Road, Winona, MN for sale and removal. The main building is a wood frame, single level, three bedroom, one bathroom, structure built about 1959.

A minimum bid of $100 will be required for the structure(s) and a bid deposit of 20% must be submitted with all bids.  The bid deposit should be made payable to USFWS.  No removal of property will be permitted until full payment is made by the successful bidder. Full payment is due within 15 days of bid opening and all property must be removed by August 1, 2021.

Bid opening will be Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Bids must be received prior to bid opening at the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge, Winona District,102 Walnut Street, Suite 205, Winona, MN, 55987.
